1. PRESENTATION
THE AUTUMN DAY

2. Happiness, sadness and
other emotions, or even
love sick, we all can find in
our school time. That’s
why school life is the best
time in human life. It’s,
perhaps, a first little
university of life.

3. We all study in school №2.
Our school is a modern
building of a typical
design. There are many
classrooms and
specialized rooms for
studying different subjects
in it.

4. We have many different traditions in our
school. We have assembly room, where we
usually gather to celebrate different holidays.
We decorate the assembly room with
colourful ballons, slogans and our pictures.

5. We always celebrate the
9th of May – Victory Day
– every year, The New
Year, on the 8th of March
we celebrate the
Women’s Day and many
other. On these day we
dance and sing, have a
lot of fun.

6. ONE OF OUR FAVORITE HOLIDAY IS
AUTUMN DAY

7. Pupils bring Autumn gifts
on this holiday. There
are many vegetables:
potatoes, tomatoes,
eggplants, cabbages,
beets and cucumbers.
Pumpankin and
watermelons are the
most popular on this day.
And fruits: apples, pears,
plums und grapes.
Children make
compositions with fruits
and vegetables. There
are different animals,
symbols and many other.

8. Schoolchildren bake
pies, cakes, pancakes
with apples, pulms,
potatoes and cabbages.
It is very tasty and
goodly.
This holiday takes place
in the shcoolyard. We
put the tables and
decorates their Autumn
gifts. Each class
prepares its special
composition and gives it
a name. It is very
interesting!

9. Children can express
their imagination and
creativity. This holiday is
very cheerful. When the
holiday ends, you can
taste all dishes.

10. Usualy on this holiday
pupils act and sing, and
then the fair begins. At
first each of us recites
poems , then we sing a
patriotic songs. The
pupils of the 11 form
make performance about
Ukrainian traditions.
Pupils of the 9a and 9b
sing songs. Younger
pupils sing and dance
too.
