Whyshouldyoucare?<br />The 9/11 attacks were a series of coordinated suicide attacks by Al-Quaeda on September 11, 2001.<br />Four passenger planes were hijacked and crashed into the Twin Towers and the Pentagon killing a total of 2,993 people, including the hijackers. <br />There were no survivors from any of the flights.<br />Now the Pentagon was rebuilt and there is a Pentagon Memorial on the site. <br />The 1 World Trade Center is currently under construction at the site and at 1,776 ft (541 m) upon completion in 2011, will become one of the tallest buildings in North America.<br />

Whatelsehappenedin2001?<br />January 13 - Major earthquake with a magnitude of 7.6 hits all El Salvador.<br />January 27 - A plane crashes 40 miles east of Denver, Colorado, killing two players of the Oklahoma State University basketball team, six team staffers, and the crew of two people.<br />February 20- FBI agent Robert Hanssen is arrested and charged with spying for Russia for 15 years. <br />March 24- Apple Computer’s Mac OS X v10.0 comes out.<br />June 21- Total Solar Eclipse<br />July 2- World’s 1st artificial implanted into Robert Tools.<br />October 7 - The American attack on Afghanistan begins. The United Kingdom participates.<br />December 14 - Annular solar eclipse<br />December 24- Japan sinks ‘suspicious’ Chinese fishing boat<br />December 25- Christmas Day!<br />

  6. 6. WhatHappened?<br />At 8:48 a.m. One of the hijacked planes was crashed into the north tower of the World Trade Center. Then Another Plane crashed into the south tower.<br />At 9:40a.m. another hijacked plane was crashed into the Pentagon.<br />Shortly after Osama bin Laden was blamed for the attacks, in which he said he wasn’t involved with the attacks.<br />The Twin Towers were destroyed and the Pentagon was badly damaged.<br />Almost 3,000 people lost their lives on September11th, 2001<br />

It was a tragedy for the Unites States in 2001. <br />Many people think government was involved and after the research that I have found, and the proof that Bush was involved, I believe that the government was involved too. <br />
