      Mission Statement-
      “Here at Softwear, Limited, our main objective is to supply only the finest in casual and recreational clothing for men and women.”

      We believe that the four feasibility tests were conducted. Operational feasibility is discussed in the sense that the current payroll system is ineffective and requires more manual work. As for technical feasibility, it is currently unclear as to what advances may need to be made, but it is known that the current system is 8 years old and has never had a major update. Economically, the project could cost $20,000 to $30,000 as a one time fee, but save almost $13,000 annually. As for the schedule, the interviews could be conducted within a 2 week period. There are also intangible benefits, such as a boost in employee morale.

      Among the services offered are-
      Online payroll with free direct deposit
      Basic payroll service
      Enhanced payroll service
      Premium service that allows Intuit staff to manage your payroll

      Prepare an organization chart for the payroll department.
      Review job descriptions for payroll department positions.
      Interview current employees to address their concerns.
      Acquire information from BIS regarding the new payroll system.
      Begin interviewing potential employees for the payroll department.
      Conduct the four feasibility tests.
      Investigate other payroll processing services.
      Create a checklist to ensure there are no errors on the payroll.
      Obtain approval from superiors in the company.
      Implement changes necessary for the new system.
