Learning Outcomes:• At the core of a process that creates courses• Assures the learner of rigor and complexity of course• Provides teacher with clear guidelines for developing the online course
Learning Outcome Requirements:• Are measurable and specific• Wording is clear and definite• Course material is sufficient and is directly related to learning outcomes
