  • AutoOffice offers a variety of useful and actionable reports. By actionable, I mean it tells you not only what percentage of your inventory doesn’t have comments or doesn’t have photos (or enough photos) in a way that you can break down to all inventory, new, used, certified, or non-certified but it also allows you to load photos or edit vehicle comments, global comments, and your comment library right from the corresponding reports. You can also print reports or export the data to Excel. In addition to our Photo Percentage Summary and Comment Summary Reports, we also have several other reports, including Blue Book Evaluation vehicle reports that break down the value of each vehicle with options and mileage adjustments.
  • CDM exports to all of our partners nightly and to kbb.com, Dealer.com, Openlane, AutoBase, and VIN Solutions as often as they’ll let us up to 5 times per day. We are in the process of working on closer relationships with several major classified websites and dealer website hosts.
