    25. To be sticky… There must be a high degree of organizational readiness for the innovation.
    26. Organizational Readiness • Is there institutional support? Board of Education, Administrator, Dept. Chair • Is instructional support available? • Is network and desktop support available? • Have evaluation materials been developed? • Have support materials been developed? • Have student policies been developed?
    27. Organizational Readiness • Does the hardware and software work as intended? • Have network issues been identified and addressed, if applicable? • Is all necessary equipment present and available? • Has professional development taken place?
