Homes destroyed by flood After construction Mr. Gul Mohammad - Director Finance Diya Pakistan with residents <ul><li>Original Target </li></ul><ul><ul><li>To assist rehabilitate 100 families in Sind province, allocated budget $155k </li></ul></ul><ul><li>Progress To Date </li></ul><ul><ul><li>Model Village project expanded to include 140 units within the budgeted amount </li></ul></ul><ul><ul><li>Free land provided by local landowner </li></ul></ul><ul><ul><li>Pilot project complete with construction of 10 shelters, families have moved in already, construction of remaining units progressing well </li></ul></ul><ul><ul><li>Provision of community center, school for girls and boys, and a microfinance initiative being co-developed with other donors </li></ul></ul>
