      • Divorce under Muslim law
      • - Muslims are ruled by their own laws under which Nikah is the contract. It can be temporary or permanent and allows one man to have 4 wives if and only if he treats all 4 equally. The presence of the Qazi is not required to have the valid Nikah. Husband can easily divorce his wife without a reason only by pronouncing Talak word for 3 times. Though for the woman to get divorce, some conditions are required.
