        • Your area representative are trained in all our products and services. They will answer all your questions and direct further enquires to SME’s.

        • You, our valued member, will be kept informed by information e-mails. When registering as a member with SBH, you will receive a weekly mail for the first few weeks, informing you about all our products and services on offer, as well as how to use them.
      • Newsletters
        • Monthly newsletters will keep our members informed of all new promotions and new network partners .

    8. How do we keep our Members Informed?
      • Networking Sessions:
        • We establish networking sessions , open to members, and non members, where you have the opportunity to network with other business owners. Meet more prospective clients in 2 hours than you would be able to canvass through a weeks worth of prospecting.
        • Our members also have the opportunity to showcase their products or service in various ways.
        • These sessions are usually scheduled during the evenings and last for anything from an hour and a half onwards.
        • We also utilise these sessions to ensure that our members are informed about our latest developments and achievements.
      • Coffee Cup Sessions:
        • These sessions is to ensure that you meet, greet and interact with business owners and decision makers on a weekly basis.
        • These sessions is scheduled for about 30 minutes

    10. What do We do For You? Key Activities We will introduce and answer all product/service queries in different formats. You, our valued member, can request a quote on any of our products or services. Quotes will be delivered within 48 hours after the request was received. We will do product comparisons for you, on request, to see how much you can save by ordering your products through us and our members. If we don’t have the products you are interested in, we will source it, up to maximum of 3 per month. (Sourcing only applicable to paid members)
    11. What do We do For You? - Formats
      • Quotes – Quotes are done within 48 hours of receipt and are valid for 14 days.
      • Orders – Orders can be placed with area representatives.
      • Delivery – Products/Services will be delivered to your doorstep or mailbox. Click here to go to Distribution Channels
      • Sourcing – If you are in need of a specific product/service, we will source it for you (for paid members only, up to a maximum of 3 per month).
      • Article Submission – Articles are continuously posted on our site.
      • Document Creation – We have a document library where you can download any type of document needed.
      • Comparisons - Product/Service Comparisons to give you the best value of money .
