What are the advantages of going to University or continuing onto Further Education? <ul><li>For some careers it’s essential </li></ul><ul><li>For other careers it’s preferred/can be an advantage (enhanced job prospects) - so think carefully before deciding against university </li></ul><ul><li>You have the opportunity to develop a number of skills that employers value: e.g. research, analysis and team-working </li></ul><ul><li>Can become involved in new activities </li></ul><ul><li>Gives you longer to decide on your career and longer before you go into the world of work </li></ul>
