I hate doing estimates estimation Do you have a better way of letting the client know how long this project is going to take? Without this we can’t get the budget approved and nobody gets paid. Scrum Master Hmm.. no So if we do this estimate we’ll have our complete scope, total guess, estimated Developer timeline based on a bunch of stuff we know will change - but at least it is something.
