    • AN OVERVIEW Sign up for (another) free web hosting service  http://www.dropbox.com Export grades from EasyGrade Pro Create and edit a new “grades” page on your google site Test your work Uploading updated grades
    • HOST YOUR GRADES
    • HOST YOUR GRADES Grades must be hosted on the internet somewhere  This is one place where google sites is unflexible One easy solution is to use DROPBOX http://www.dropbox.com
    • SIGN UP FOR DROPBOX

    • SIGN UP FOR DROPBOX Click on the arrow next to“Log In”
    • SIGN UP FOR DROPBOX Click “Create an Account”

    • SIGN UP FOR DROPBOX Fill in all fields
    • SIGN UP FOR DROPBOX Fill in all fields
    • SIGN UP FOR DROPBOX Download and install Dropbox
    • SIGN UP FOR DROPBOX Once installed, dropbox will behave just like a folder on your machine, You can save files in your dropbox like you are accustomed to, except these files will be “on the cloud”

    • SIGN UP FOR DROPBOX You are finished signing up for Tripod! Don’t lose your login information …

    • EXPORT YOUR GRADES FOR THE FIRST TIME
    • EXPORT WEBSITE GRADESFROM EASYGRADE PROOVERVIEW Make sure all students have a password  Enterpasswords from the “Student” tab  Student passwords guidelines  alpha-numeric only (no spaces)  between 6 and 24 characters Access the “Internet menu” on EasyGrade Pro Create grade reports on you dropbox’s “PUBLIC” folder

    • EXPORT WEBSITE GRADESFROM EASYGRADE PRO Include student data •Check “student ident.” •Include “Overall grade”
    • EXPORT WEBSITE GRADESFROM EASYGRADE PRO Include Grade Summary Include Assignment chart
    • EXPORT WEBSITE GRADESFROM EASYGRADE PRO Include Attendance (if you like)
    • EXPORT WEBSITE GRADESFROM EASYGRADE PRO Check and edit “Display Options” (if you like)

    • EXPORT WEBSITE GRADESFROM EASYGRADE PRO Store your grades in “Documents/My Dropbox/Public”
    • EXPORT WEBSITE GRADESFROM EASYGRADE PRO IMPORTANT!!! Make sure 1) file name is “index” 2) Type is “html file” Click “Save”

    • CREATE A NEW “GRADES” PAGE IN YOUR GOOGLE SITE
