    • 3. When we told the team we’d take away their phones, they were all like…
    • 4. When we told IT that hundreds of people would be on the wifi, they were all like…
    • 5. So we had to come up with Plan B (or C, or Q)
    • 6. 4 goals for #MRYGoMo 1. Education 2. Participation 3. Collaboration 4. Innovation
    • 7. Here’s a taste of how it went
    • 8. People could add their names to teams
    • 9. We had the Daily Challenge
    • 10. We had field trips, such as visiting AT&T’s lab
    • 11. We invited accomplished, innovative speakers
    • 12. We officially launched our barista app
    • 13. We created the world’s first Vineathon
    • 14. What does a Vineathon look like? Ask the crab lady
    • 15. A Vineathon so nice, we did it twice! (more to come)
    • 16. 15 teams (60 people) pitched their best ideas
    • 17. A few lessons to leave you with 1. Aim high – be ambitious 2. Be crystal clear on your goals 3. Set a follow-up plan – and stick to it 4. Collaborate with others beyond your walls (let’s talk…)
