This case study will focus on how GoKart, a digital innovation lab, invested to help BringMeTheNews.com pioneer a disruptive local news model, and what it learned about redefining the agency model in the process. The two businesses became true partners, and both businesses improved - strategically, operationally - as a result. This session will share results, lessons learned and some implications for brands and agencies that are moving beyond the traditional fee for service agency model.
