    • Aspects to enclose are local differences and trends between EAHIL countries,  to learn what the applied use and benefits could be for any medical library, it's staff and its customers/patrons. (Comparable to Library Success Wiki)

    • Research, surveys groups EAHIL

    • Inventory of used Tools & Services
      • All aspects: Website, JEAHIL, Conference, Membership database, lists, etc
    • 1 coherent plan, but step by step

    • From Council members to get inventory of “local” situation
      • One or 2 persons libs
      • Restrictions, filters etc
    • From Special Interest Groups on specific topics and needs
    • From Board: communication, sharing etc
