My job <ul><li>It is my job to develop & deliver  </li></ul><ul><li>library services in my user’s workflow </li></ul>
<ul><li>I let them decide WHAT workflow </li></ul>
<ul><li>I am sure about nothing, but am expecting anything </li></ul>
<ul><li>We might end up with numerous  different environments and types of workflow </li></ul>
<ul><li>But hey, guess what …. </li></ul>
<ul><li>That’s exactly what we have been offering them for decades …. </li></ul>
<ul><li>Numerous different (search) interfaces with peculiar specifics …. </li></ul>
<ul><li>We are used coping with that,  … only this time ….. </li></ul>
<ul><li>THEY choose </li></ul>
<ul><li>Now WE have the opportunity to create format agnostic &  platform independant services  </li></ul>
<ul><li>We were way TOO late in recognizing and responding to new technologies  i.e. Web 2.0 </li></ul>
<ul><li>Are we going to wait until the new social WEB 3D browser is there already? </li></ul>
