    • It is my job to develop & deliver
    • library services in my user’s workflow

    • I let them decide WHAT workflow
  • 5.
    • I am sure about nothing, but am expecting anything

    • We might end up with numerous different environments and types of workflow

    • But hey, guess what ….

    • That’s exactly what we have been offering them for decades ….
  • 9.
    • Numerous different (search) interfaces with peculiar specifics ….
  • 10.
    • We are used coping with that, … only this time …..
  • 11.
    • THEY choose

    • Now WE have the opportunity to create format agnostic & platform independant services
  • 13.
    • We were way TOO late in recognizing and responding to new technologies i.e. Web 2.0

    • Are we going to wait until the new social WEB 3D browser is there already?
