Sims 3 The Pratts (part 10) Sims 3 The Pratts (part 10) Presentation Transcript

    • The Pratts (part 10): Sunset Valley
    • Sarah loves the Pratt guest cottage. She looks forward to spending time here. Sarah is a loner who thrives on frequent isolation.
    • Sarah sits in the cozy chair in the guest cottage and studies to increase her cooking skills. She has the natural cook trait, so learning new recipes will be easy for her.
    • Now that Candy has hired Sarah, she is on a mission.
    • Candy searches the house for the temporary maid. Her house has not been cleaned properly since he has arrived.
    • Candy finds him hiding out in the downstairs bathroom. She notes that he is just standing around and the toilet has still not been cleaned.
    • Candy lets him know that she will no longer be needing his services. He actually looks offended by this. “Why, what’s the problem?” He demands.
    • Candy does not like his tone. “First off, you were only a temporary hire and two, the house has not been cleaned properly since I hired you,” she tells him. This makes him angry.
    • He tries to explain why he has not been able to get the house as clean as possible, but Candy is not interested in his excuses.
    • “Here is your pay. I no longer need your services. You are dismissed.” Candy says in her practiced executive voice. No one ever argues with her when she uses her no-nonsense tone.
    • The temporary maid picks up on the tone and leaves.
    • Candy goes upstairs to refresh herself and prepare for her business meeting. One of friends call and asks if Candy would like to hang out since it’s her day off.
    • Candy has to turn him down. This work-a-holic never has a day off.
    • Afterschool, Gwendolyn hangs out at the school playground to reflect on her first day of high school.
    • She had convinced herself that she would be an outcast forever, but today, a boy actually approached her in a friendly way. Maybe things can change for her.
    • At the same time, Spencer arrives home and starts on his homework. He is a few days away from graduating and wants to get high grades on his finals. Grades are the key to him securing a high paying job.
    • Downstairs, Sarah cleans the bathroom…
    • …and washes the dirty laundry that has piled up since Mimi moved out.
    • Candy gets to the bistro in time for her meeting. She can now fully concentrate on work, knowing that her house is being taken care of by Sarah.
    • Gwendolyn walks across the park to the library.
    • Now that she is in high school, Gwendolyn’s homework will require a bit more effort.
    • Gwendolyn does her best to get through it.
    • Candy leaves her meeting satisfied and a bit richer.
    • Candy hasn’t visited her cousin Kianah in a while.
    • She stops by Kianah’s house, but no one is home. She heads home to see how Sarah is getting along.
    • Back at the Pratt house, Sarah is adjusting just fine. She cleans out the spoiled food in the refrigerator.
    • She then begins cooking dinner for the family.
    • After completing her homework, Gwendolyn begins studying ahead for another class.
    • Afterward, she heads for home on her new motorbike.
    • The Pratt family is happy to have Sarah with them. They enjoy eating their dinner together, but…
    • …their next task is to help Sarah, whose used to being treated like a servant, understand that she should be having dinner with the family as well.
