    1. EL PASADO CONTINUO PAST CONTIUOUS Formación y usos
    2. FORMACIÓN
      • Si aprendimos bien la formación del presente continuo, el pasado continuo será muy simple:
      • I am (not) studying
      • English now.
      • You are (not)
      • reading a book now.
      • She is (not) watching TV.
      • I was (not) studying English last night at 8:00PM.
      • You were (not) reading a book last night.
      • She was (not) watching TV. yesterday when I called her.
      • Como ve, lo único que cambia es la forma del verbo ‘be’, de presente am-are-is a pasado was-were
      • USOS
      • Este tiempo se usa por lo general para describir lo que alguien estaba haciendo cuando algo más ocurrió. Es decir que, por lo general, hay un pasado continuo y un pasado simple.
      • I was watching TV, when you called me last night.
      • Keren was crying, when I called her.
      • A man was passign the street, when the car crasshed into him.
      • I saw an extraterrestrial when I was watching the stars.
      • What were you doing when the twin towers collapsed?
      • I was wathing TV at home.
