People all over the United States heard about our beautiful town and they came to Ordinary to escape the ills of their own hometown’s overgrowth. Unfortunately they brought their city's problems with them.
    11. AFTER THE MASSIVE POPULATION EXPLOSION….THE TOWN OF ORDINARY’S NEW CITY COUNCIL DECIDED TO MAKE BUDGET CUTS AND CEASED THE RECYCLING PROGRAM. THEY REDUCED GARBAGE PICK-UP FROM TWICE A WEEK TO ONCE A MONTH. IT DIDN’T TAKE LONG FOR OUR BEAUTIFUL TOWN TO GO FROM THIS… TO……………………………….(NEXT PAGE)
