DETAIL ITINERARY:
Day 1 Arrival Saigon
Include: Upon you arrive in Tan Son Nhat airport in Saigon, our driver will pick
A/C private car up and transfer you to hotel for check in. The rest time relaxing after a

Day 2 Saigon – Mekong Delta – Saigon (B, L)
Include: Leaving busy Ho Chi Minh city we drive to Cai Be, boat through the
A/C private car busy floating market for seeing how people of lower Mekong Delta do

Day 3 Saigon – Fly to Danang at 11:30am – Hoi An walking tour (B)

Day 5 Hoi An Cooking Class – Danang fly to Hanoi at 16:35pm ( B, L)
Include: We will have meeting point at restaurant. After taking the welcome
Cooking class package drink, we visit Hoi An’s colorful market and experience the amazing
Hotel in Hanoi sights, sounds and aromas of this busy market. We will have our
Speaking English Local chief opportunity to interact with local sellers and purchase some of the
Meal : breakfast, lunch ingredients to be used in the coming cooking lesson. After that we
Flight ticket : Danang – Hanoi board the Red Bridge boat for a leisurely cruise about 25 minutes along
Boat Trip Thu Bon River to Cooking School. This is a chance to view local river life
and make sure your camera is in your hand. Up on arrival, we explore
the cooking school’s herb and vegetable garden before learning about
some Hoi An and Vietnam’s well-known dishes. The cooking lesson runs
for about 2 hours, each dish is first demonstrated by the Chief before
we prepare the same dish ourselves. Included in the class is a brief
introduction to Vietnamese food carving (plate decoration). After the
lesson we enjoy our products then.

Our class finishes at approximately 1pm. We transfer back to

airport to catch a short flight to Hanoi at 16:35pm (VN316), upon
arrival in Hanoi at 17:45pm, you will be met and transferred to hotel

Day 6 Hanoi City tour – Halong Bay (B, L)
Include: At 8:00 AM: pick up at your hotel to Hochiminh Complex for visit

Hotel in Halong Quoc Pagoda. Continue to visit Literature temple, the first University in

Day 8 Angkor Temple Complex – Angkor Thom, Angkor Wat and Ta
Prohm (B)
Include: Today, after breakfast, we will start our visit of the amazing temples
A/C private car complex of Angkor. We will begin to explore the complex of Angkor
Hotel in Angkor wat Thom. Angkor Thom was built by King Jayavarman VII at the end of
Tour guide the 12th century, a short while after the completion of Angkor Wat.
Meal : breakfast Angkor Thom, which means “Great City”, is surrounded by a massive
Entrance fee perimeter wall and a moat with five monumental gates and covers an
area of more than ten square kilometers. The most important
monuments are located in the centre of the city, namely the Bayon, the
Baphoun and the Terrace of Elephants. The Bayon is a fascinating piece
of architecture and one of the most photographed. It is a bizarre
structure, with a total of 54 towers elaborately decorated with 216
enormous and enigmatic smiling faces. The numerous other structures
of this fortified city are the Terrace of the Leper King, the Phimeanakas,
Preah Palilay, Tepranom, Preah Pithu, North & South Kleang and Prasat
Sour Prot. Then, we will visit Ta Prohm. The principal singularity of Ta
Phrom is that it has not been cleared from the thick jungle, as the rest
of the Angkor Complex has been. It looks nearly the same as in the
descriptions of the first French explorers, shrouded in undergrowth and
in the huge roots of old Banyan trees. This afternoon we will visit
Angkor Wat. Angkor Wat is located about six kilometers north of Siem
Reap, south of Angkor Thom. Angkor Wat was built in the first half of

the 12th century (113 – 5BC). It is a largest monument of the Angkor
Group and the best preserved and it is an architectural masterpiece. Its
perfection in composition, balance, proportions, relief’s and sculpture
make it one of the finest monuments in the world. In the end of
afternoon, we will enjoy sunset at the hilltop temple of Phnom
Bakheng. Overnight in the hotel in Siem Reap.

Day 9 Tonle Sap Lake Floating village – Departure Siem Reap (B)
Include: Today this morning we will enjoy Tonle Sap Lake, Asia’s largest inland
A/C private car lake also the biggest harvest fresh water fish in the world, which swells

Meal : breakfast during the boat trip we stop to visit a bird garden and a fishing farm,

is a lot of the poor children study in this school, and they are the
fisherman’s children and a local market will also prove a rewarding
experience for today. In the afternoon free at leisure to explore the
center market known as Old market.
Free time until transfer you to the airport to catch your flight back New
