Feedback is an InvestmentWhen you give feedback in a 360 assessment process such asthis, you become involved in the process of goal attainment.You help someone else grow and improve.
Your principal is asking you to:1. Complete an anonymous online survey2. Respond to questions regarding your principal’sleadership: a) behaviors, b) skills and c) decision-making.The survey is 29 questions long and should take about tenminutes to complete.Your principal will email the link to you.[Must complete in one sitting – it won’t save your responses mid-way through.]
Your participation in the survey is voluntary. You do not have to participate.If you participate, you will be asked to login to a web-based surveythat does not ask for your identity. It will ask you to choose “I am ateacher” or “I am not a teacher” (meaning you support the schoolin one of the many other critical roles in the building).Your identity will remain confidential. Your individual responses willremain confidential. Results will be reported in aggregate (group)form only, grouped with results of other participants from yourschool. Principals will see a group report for “I am a teacher”, agroup report for “I am not a teacher” and then one report for all ofyou, combined.No personally identifiable information will be collected or reported.
Survey results will be used to inform and benefit your principal.Each principal will receive his/her own results.Your principal’s supervisors or other leaders in your schoolsystem will not see the results.
Survey results (confidential and in aggregate/groupform) will be shared with school divisions, programfunders and EduLead and will be used to improve thecoaching experience.
The information you provide truly will be valuable to yourprincipal.Your honest, thoughtful and professional feedback willprovide your principal with critical information regardinghis/her work in your school.
