General Outline
The Transport Generic Plan out lays the Transportation plan for the subject BS 160 Project (KOC) for and on behalf of Saipem S.p.A. The details of the plan have been mapped in different Steps from start to end and each step of Transportation and all support functions related to Transportation of materials for Project BS 160 from origin to destination and up to the delivery site.
DHL Global Forwarding will use all the worldwide networks to support this Project with all the Logistical requirements end to end.
DHL Global Forwarding Kuwait will have main line support on Project BS 160 from the Regional Project office based in Oman and the Project Office based in Italy, apart from the support from the respective origins where the shipments originate from.
DHL Global Forwarding will be using its Global net work and tracking systems to continuously monitor the status of the shipments.
The DHL Global Forwarding Implant placed at the Saipem S.p.A office will act as a focal point for executing and monitoring the shipments end to end. The DHL Global Forwarding Implant will be support by the DHL Global Forwarding Kuwait office on the day to day routine status updates and all Freight Forwarding and Logistical requirements.

Transport Control & Status Reporting Method
Status Report
The status report in the format as prescribed by SAIPEM shall be updated and submitted to SAIPEM Chennai on a weekly basis. DHL shall take the onus of compliling, updating and completing the report on a timely manner in with suitable inputs from origin station, ocean carriers, destination office, site and from the implant.
The format is attached hereunder for ready reference.

Code of Conduct
Implemented the following additions to the Logistics Code of Conduct to compliment the existing policy covering U.S. anti-bribery laws:
” Logistics Americas as a matter of policy prohibit its officers, directors, employees, and agents from corruptly directly or indirectly offering and/or providing anything of value to a foreign government official, foreign political party or candidate for foreign office to influence an official act or secure an improper advantage in order to obtain or retain business either for itself or on behalf of their customers. ”
Developed the ”Compliance Guidance Program” designed to detect and prevent violations of the FCPA.
Goals of the Compliance Guidance Program:
Articulate corporate policy to employees, agents and customers

Establish a reporting system
Establish policy for dealing with violations, if uncovered
