  • 1. MOTIVATION – Ways & Means M O T I V A T I O N Mastering Overall Temperament Intelligently Vigorously Achieve Total Impact Over-power Negativity
  • 2. Motivation is noting but Mastering the Overall Temperament Intelligently and Vigorously to Achieve Total Impact by Overpowering Negativity .
  • 3. Mastering the overall temperament may be practiced by the methods underlined below : Throwing out of negative thoughts. Infusing positive energy by trust and positive thoughts. En-living your cherished dreams . Rediscovering yourself to track down latent potential. Positive efforts to change your destiny. Encouraging yourself and others for excellence.
  • 4. Developing and nurturing your skills and abilities by continuous endeavours. Where there is a will, there is a way. Imaginative power through commitments. Don’t be miser in praising and appreciating others. Always get fun at work. Last but not the least, believe in yourself.
  • 5. Throwing out of negative thoughts One should practise to expel fear, hatred, insecurity, repentance and sense of guilt from the mind. If you are successful to oust the negative thoughts from the mind, then your mind will be vacant and it will not stay vacant for a long time. You should fill your mind with new creative and positive thoughts, which will guard against the re-entry of negative thoughts by a creating strong fort. After trying for a considerable time to recapture the mental fort and failing to do so, because of losing the battle with the positive thoughts, they will be forced to leave your mind, which will be a place for existence of creative and positive thoughts.
  • 6. Infusing positive energy by trust and positive thoughts. The trust and positive thoughts fill the mind with enormous energy to attain excellence through long untiring efforts. If your mind takes special interest in performing a great job, you will not feel tired mentally and physically until you reach your goal. You may take an example of a Wrist Watch, which may run for an indefinite time if it takes energy from the sun, so you should be charged from the super energy source to get unlimited
  • 7. En-living your cherished dreams While setting your goal, you should know what touches your heart most. You should enliven your dreams treating them the children of your soul and knit them artistically to stay in your heart until your dreams come true.
  • 8. Rediscovering yourself to track down latent potential. Solution of our every problem lies with us not with other. So try to know yourself and do not get influenced with others to solve your own problems. Treat each day a new day with immense possibilities. Convert your lalent potential into talent through self-motivation.
  • 9. Positive efforts to change your destiny. Destiny cannot be made by fate, gambling or any investment. It is based on hard labour with wisdom.
  • 10. There are two types of persons – Seekers and Dreamers. Seekers do not make efforts to achieve, but Dreamers make action plan and intelligent efforts for achievement only hard intelligent efforts can change your destiny.
  • 11. Encouraging yourself and others for excellence. Mega successes always comes through encouragement – failures are metedout through discouragement. The physical expression of encouragement is reflected through breaking of records by a sportsman or excelling in performance by a student.
  • 12. Developing and nurturing your skills and abilities by continuous endeavours. Genius is 99% perspiration and 1% inspiration. One may become an achiever in any field by making continuous efforts in upgrading skills and abilities through intelligent and innovative endeavours. God help those who help themselves – a great saying conforms the statement.
  • 13. Where there is a will, there is a way. The above point is clearly described by a parable – ‘The Crow and the Pitcher’. The thirsty crow was al-last able to drink water through its wholehearted effort. Any person can achieve his goal if a strong will force acts behind it.
  • 14. Imagination power through commitments To reach the peak, one should be imaginative with strong will-power – be it the highest peak of Mount Everest or the CEO of a company. One should not make one’s job a – a means of livelihood or profession – but one should recognise it as a religion or a mission.
  • 15. . Don’t be miser in praising and appreciating others. Everybody wants to be recognized as an intelligent personality – so try to appreciate others who will be influenced by you.
  • 16. If you praise others in small things – this will definitely help you to get leverage in your work through constant help, advice and support. Appreciating never costs – it only pays.
  • 17. Always get fun at work. In today’s competitive age, everyone is a victim of stress and strain. To relieve stress, one should create fun at work – it will definitely decrease your stress, strain and fatigue.
  • 18. Last but not the least believe in yourself. The last and the best means of motivation in ‘believing in yourself’. Mr. L.N. Mittal – the biggest steel producer of the world affirmed the point when asked by a journalist of “Hindustan Times” about the secret of his success – he told “I believe in myself that I can excel in whatever I want to do”.
  • 19. WHO ARE THE MOTIVATORS ?
  • 20. Teachers. Spiritual Teachers or Guru. Coach for any sports. Parents. Friends. Nature. Success Stories. Lives & Works of great-men. Necessity Dreams.
  • 21. Any great work can not be achieved without motivator.
  • 22. Students can not learn without teachers. Any spiritual awakening is not possible without Guru. Australian coach Mr. Buchanan is a glaring example of motivator acting as a cricket team coach. Mr. Thakur Das Bandopadhya, father of Shri Iswarchandra Vidayasagar was a great motivator for making his son a great-man. A person is known by the company he keeps – Good friends are great motivators
  • 23. Shri Ravindra Nath Tagore was motivated by nature to write poetry. Success stories of great people or big companies can be effective motivators to achieve excellence in any field. Lives and works of great-men help to motivate common people to innovate and excel in life. Necessity is the mother of Invention. All great discoveries and inventions were motivated by necessity. Above all, dreams are the prime motivators in life. If we dream, then one day dreams will come true through planned and concerted efforts and action plan.
  • 24. Shri Ravindra Nath Tagore was motivated by below mentioned motivators :Nature. Sister in Law (BHABI) – Wife of Shri Satyanendra Nath Tagore the elder brother of Shri Ravindra Nath Tagore. Swami Vivekanand was motivated by spiritual teacher Shri Ramkrishna Paramhansa Dev. Mr. Mukesh Ambani & Mr. Anil Ambani was motivated by their father Shri Dhirubhai Ambani – the founder of Reliance Group.
