  3. 3. <ul><li>Integrity means you stick to your personal code of conduct. You stick to what you decide is right and wrong. </li></ul><ul><li>When you live with integrity, you succeed. You are open and honest. Your life is uncomplicated and less stressful. </li></ul><ul><li>When you have good integrity you have no reason to lie. You can look at yourself in the mirror. You have nothing to hide. </li></ul>
  4. 4. Courage….. <ul><li>Personal integrity takes courage. </li></ul><ul><li>Through living with personal integrity others notice that we can be trusted. </li></ul>Better is a poor man who walks in his integrity than a rich man who is perverse in his speech and is a fool.

According to L.Ron Hubbard…. <ul><li>&quot;What is personal integrity? </li></ul><ul><li>&quot;Personal integrity is knowing what you know— </li></ul><ul><li>&quot;What you know is what you know— </li></ul><ul><li>&quot;And to have the courage to know and say what you have observed. </li></ul><ul><li>&quot;And that is integrity </li></ul><ul><li>&quot;And there is no other integrity.&quot; </li></ul>
  6. 6. So......what is integrity.....exactly? <ul><li>firm adherence to a code of especially moral or artistic values : INCORRUPTIBILITY </li></ul><ul><li>an unimpaired condition : SOUNDNESS </li></ul><ul><li>the quality or state of being complete or undivided : COMPLETENESS </li></ul>
  7. 7. <ul><li>Integrity means being honest with yourself </li></ul><ul><li>Action+values+beliefs = integrity </li></ul><ul><li>Integrity leads to high level of esteem and self respect. </li></ul><ul><li>Academic honesty and personal integrity are fundamental components of a student’s education and character development. </li></ul>
  8. 8. Honesty and integrity….. <ul><li>The key concepts of integrity are honesty and congruency </li></ul><ul><li>When your actions are congruent with beliefs and actions then you have integrity </li></ul><ul><li>Are both these are same …..yes……..no </li></ul>
  9. 9. <ul><li>Be a person who always shows integrity. </li></ul><ul><li>So now on you make it a goal to be a person who shows integrity in all situations. </li></ul><ul><li>Then overtime you will be rewarded and respected. </li></ul>
