Doug was Chief Operating Officer of Reeves Brothers, Inc., an international manufacturer of engineered industrial consumables with 1,000 employees in the US and Europe, from 1997 – 2003. From 1992 – 1997 he served as EVP and President of Reeves Brothers Automotive Airbag Division overseeing the startup and subsequent growth of the largest airbag fabric supplier in the US. Most recently, Doug served as Chief Operating Officer of Uretek-Archer, LLC, from 2007 – 2009. Uretek-Archer is a privately owned composite materials manufacturer for the Aerospace, Military, Medical and Outdoor Recreational Markets. Doug has extensive experience in M&A with industry backgrounds that include Aerospace, Automotive, Consumer Goods, Military, Medical, Printing, Housing/Environmental Products, Outdoor Recreational and Transportation. He has broad contacts within the Management Consulting, Banking, Private Equity, Audit, Executive Compensation, Executive Search and Legal Professions. Doug is a Member of the Turnaround Management Association, the Connecticut Chamber of Commerce, the Manufacturing Association of Connecticut, Connstep and the on the Advisory Board of the State of Connecticut’s Technology Incubation Program.
