Trost <ul><li>Findings: </li></ul><ul><li>36% of high school students meet the current recommend levels of physical activity. </li></ul><ul><li>Five studies in United States & Canada </li></ul><ul><li>All five studies clearly demonstrated that physical activity does not need to be sacrificed for academic excellence. </li></ul>
