Ador Fontech Ltd – safe bit for long term investment
This company is into manufacturing welding electrodes (low heat) and flux cored arc welding consumables. Currently the stock is trading at 8x Price to Earnings (P/E),
8x Price to Free Cash Flow (P/FCF), Enterprise Value to EBIT of 4.4x and it is a net cash flow company. Dividend yield for this stock is 3.7%. Return on Operating Assets
is 22%, Return on Capital Employed is 40%, and Return on Equity is 30%. With this kind of returns and operating margin over 16% consistently over the last few fiscal
years, one can be confident about its fundamental. This stock has got enough margin of safety for long term investment.
