    Grand title “3 rd generation” Might be asking, “Did I miss the first two generations?” Explain what we think they were.

    Ask the audience what ratio the two sides have e.g. 90/10 or 10/90. Describe some of the key points, in particular the EasyJet effect e.g. more people look at other stuff than immediately book flights.

    What is "increasing user interaction"? Getting more people to visit a website (visitors) Getting more people to use web services more (clicks)

    Ask for a glamorous assistant to do the writing on the board for me. Ask people to generate examples of interactivity, not generic ones like “audio” but specific ones like “customer testimonials on staff pages”.
