PERI VARIOKIT construction kit For numerous applications in bridge and tunnel construction There are many who look back with happy memories at the time when one could playfully build a technical world with the Märklin construction kit. This idea and the experience gained from many civil engineering projects have been sources of inspi- ration for us. PERI engineers have created ideal project and connecting method combi- nations from known tunnel, bridge and construction engineering load combina- tions, and developed this to form a ver- satile construction kit. This means load- optimized and geometrically-adapted supporting formwork can be built from a large selection of system components. VARIOKIT, the engineering construc- tion kit with rentable, standardized components, is the solution for nu- merous requirements in civil engi- neering. – fast – safe – cost-effective In the process, PERI provides technical information for each project e.g. operat- ing instructions and assembly draw- ings. Static calculations and assembly support are also integral elements such as the constant support given to con- tractors and help provided with new tasks for current projects. PERI VARIOKIT provides an answer with standardized system components. The benefits of the VARIOKIT formwork carriage: – few anchors required in wall areas due to system walers up to UU 200. – simple modifications for different cross-sections. – optionally available hydraulic support for shuttering and striking as well as lifting and lowering. – self-propelling or mobile solutions for moving complete units. All components can be optimally adapted: – the HD 200 heavy-duty prop allows continuous height adjustment and grid-free longitudinal arrangement. – the RCS slab beam can be flexibly adapted. – the VARIOKIT diagonal strut is contin- uously usable from 4.0 to 9.0 m. The diagonal strut is mounted on the slab beam with standard con- nections.
