I wanted to take a minute to send you a note letting you know how much I appreciate David Reyes. He is AWESOME!!!! When I am in a pinch, he is always there to help. I intended to send you an e-mail about David Reyes weeks ago, but never got around to it. However when a customer mentioned the many times he has held her hand through a successful resolution, it reminded me to write this e-mail. So, I am writing to let you know how helpful David has been to the customers and me.
Not once did David not put forth all efforts in resolving VPN connectivity issues for frustrated customers who are working from home or are on travel. Furthermore, he unselfishly shares his knowledge and walks me through various processes orally, and through print screen e-mails.

Last Thursday evening David Reyes was extremely instrumental in helping me get set up with my defender key at home. I have been since July of 2006 trying to find someone from IT that could walk me through this process. On several occasions I was passed from one IT rep to the other and received little or no assistance. Sometimes they even called me back when my laptop was at the office and not at home. So again nothing was accomplished.
In today's society and even here at Safeway we do say thank you, however that's as far as it really goes. I would like to state that David Reyes is a very patient and understanding individual. He takes pride in his work and will ensure that you understand the process as well. Due to David going beyond, I am now able to work from home. I am truly excited about that.
