    just clicked through your slides on SM.
    I will propose to take SM on the agenda of one of the coming NATO PSYOPS Working Groups agenda. I know it has been subject for the NATO Senior PSYOPS Course, but I haven't followed the briefings yet (conflict of time and tasks).

  • if we do not want to vaste energy, we should start to be constructive and find an option to start a vital discussion with mil representatives. .. there are obviously many experts who could contribute a lot of different aspects. It should be possible to gather as many aspects as we could and make an analysis to answer the question 'why does the military currently not use SM properly?'.
    Experts on SM should than (or in parallel) discuss the question 'why should the military use SM ?'.
    and after this we could discuss the question: 'how could the military use SM in a professional manner?'.
    To do so, it will be necessary to analyse all information operations or related concepts that nations and NATO/ EU developed so far and to look how they are/ were implimented in different missions, which may lead to the question: 'why does the military not follow its own theorytical concepts?'.
    I think its enough for a first initiative?
