      • Creating driving force within self by influencing self internal factors is motivating self.
      • Creating driving force within others by influencing their internal factors is motivating others.
      • Motivating self and motivating others both cannot directly create driving force but only influence internal factors that in turn create driving force.

      • Motivation is required for reaching goal.

      • Inertia is the tendency to be in same state as it is at present. So an object moving in some direction tends to continue its movement at same velocity and same direction.

      • Inertia is habitual tendency that drives you to do same thing as your current action done by habit.
      • Velocity is some speed of the action being done by habit.
      • Mass is the strength of core motivational factors.
      • Action and behavioral momentum is product of core motivational factors strength and Speed of your habitual action.
      • Habits and practice in right direction fetches you natural momentum of driving force towards your goal.
