SERVICE DESIGN = DESIGNING TOOLS OR SYSTEMS, WITH PEOPLE AND FOR PEOPLE, TO SELF ORGANISE, HAVE MEANINGFUL CONVERSATIONS AND TO FACILITATE THE NEED FOR SHARING.
