    hmmm, I’d like to talk more about service design, I don’t quite get the conection between the first part and the design part. I agree with everything you have said, but I think service design is a field that has to be talked more.

    I’ve been avoiding talking about the notion of complexity theory as a part of social media, cause people already think I’m nuts. but you’ve done a lovely job here. i’m coming out of the closet on the issue - thanks!

  55. DESIGN THINKING = building empathy with people.
  56. SERVICE DESIGN = DESIGNING TOOLS OR SYSTEMS, WITH PEOPLE AND FOR PEOPLE, TO SELF ORGANISE, HAVE MEANINGFUL CONVERSATIONS AND TO FACILITATE THE NEED FOR SHARING.
