  1. Brief introduction into the purpose of the session and the background. Brief explanation of why web 2.0 tools (and not whiteboards etc) Ask them to quickly introduce themselves to each other Explain roles of Training team and PGCE staff Quick heads down – if 1 is no confidence in IT skills and 5 very confident IT skills grade yourself. Explain team roles Quick show of hands – how many use Facebook? How many Twitter?
