about | services | portfolio | fees | contact Initial Consultation Fee: $250.00 During this initial meeting we want to identify the scope of your project by finding out about your style, walk through your interior to establish your design needs, goals and determine how we can work together transform your living space.. Interior Color Consultation (2-3 color options provided for each room) 2-3 rooms: $250.00 Home up to 2500 sq.ft: $850.00 (the fee for larger spaces will be assessed individually) Visual Presentation Fee: $250.00 (please note that when you decide to move forward and a proposal is signed - the total proposed will be less this fee) A design concept is created and presented to the client based on the initial meeting. This presentation consists of furniture layouts, photos of recommended furnishings, fabric samples, color development, floor coverings, etc. This design concept is further developed and refined based on the outcome of discussions with client. Please note that the \"design concept board(s)\" are left with client after they have signed the proposal to move forward and a retainer is received. Design Services After the scope of your project is determined, I will provide you with a detailed proposal where I work with a fixed fee: (A single fee estimated by the designer meant to cover the cost of their services, not including the cost of products and expenses).
