    As per approved Manpower plan.
    Job Description and Job Profile.
    Age factor, Education/Qualification, Related work experiences and Nationality
    Sort CVs by discipline
    Forward CV’s shortlist to Dept’s line Manager
    Give the time deadline table (cover letter) 3 to 5 days.
  • 7. Dept’s Line Manager Initial Screening
    Line Manger to screen CV’s shortlist provided by HR.
    Line Manager to screen, select and send back to HR for processing.

    Remove rejected CVs
    Interview schedule all Line Manager’s short listed CVs.
    Re-confirm the CVs list with concern Line Manager.

    Conduct interview accordingly
    Remove rejected Interviewees (log into SAP)
    Process offer and to be signed by CEO
    Develop the Job offer
    Communicate the offer with the candidate
    Provide the line manager with the candidate’s joining date.

    For Jobs less than Supervisor Position:
    - HR and line department will conduct the interview
    Note: For HR candidate, required other GM’s function to attend the interview (AS MUST)
    For Supervisor up to Manager Position:
    - At least three GM’s have to conduct the interview
    For GM’s Position:
    - HR,VP, and President & CEO have to conduct the interview
    For VPs and President & CEO:
    - Board appointee
