About • Act as an expert advisor to all parties with regards to QC process and testing.
• Identify areas of improvement and develop action plans to enhance production throughput and quality.
• Represent the QC section in collaborative sessions with stakeholders, clients and other representatives.
• Liaise with Development Officers, SME consultants, Project Managers to ensure that high quality, defect-free courseware is released.
• Ensure that both English and French authored eLearning courses meet standards and intent.
• Report QC-related concerns to team members, Project Managers, Supervisors and Client representatives.
