He helps buyers and sellers with all of their Real Estate needs in the Myrtle Beachand surrounding areas of South Carolina. Prior to opening Ace Realty (In 2009, 2010 & 2011) he wasRE/MAX Beach & Countrys top selling agent various months and made many new friends along the way.He takes his job seriously and take pride in helping people, whether buying or selling a home or property.“I grew up in the beautiful area of the Pocono Mountains in Pennsylvania. I started out at a very young agehelping my father in construction-building homes, log homes and additions. By the age of 16, my fathermade me a partner in his company and we worked together for quite some time. At age 21, I formed myown construction company, DNA Builders and specialized in Log Home building. During this timeperiod, there were a number of foreclosed homes that began to come on the market in our area. This iswhen I became interested in Real Estate. We had a few really bad winters and many of the foreclosedhomes needed a lot of work because of ice dams that formed on the roofs that caused water damage. As abuilder, I began investing in foreclosures & fixing them up for resale. I enjoyed restoringproperties, making money and helping communities become more attractive in the process.Although I loved the area...as a very active, outdoor person, I desired to live in a warmer climate closer tothe beach. So I moved to Myrtle Beach. At first, it was just going to be for visit, but I fell in love with thearea and never left! I earned my SC Home Builders License and built a couple homes in Little River(justNorth of North Myrtle Beach). It was at that time that I decided to go into Real Estate to sell myproperties. But my passion for Real Estate took root and I then became a full time Realtor with RE/MAXand than opened Ace Realty and havent looked back since. I absolutely love my job!” 19
