2. Coconut Milk
Simmer grated coconut in a pan of water for 5
minutes, then strain it.
Once cool, apply the milk thoroughly onto the
scalp and into your hair.
Leave it on for about 20 minutes and then
shampoo your hair.
3. Beetroot
Boil a few ground beetroot leaves along with
henna and apply the paste on your scalp.
Leave it on for 15 to 20 minutes before rinsing it
out.
Repeat several times a week.
4. Chinese Hibiscus
Add 10 Chinese Hibiscus flowers to two cups of
coconut oil. Heat the solution until charred.
Strain oil and apply to hair before bedtime.
Wash your hair in the morning.
Repeat this a few times a week.
5. Licorice root
Mix one tablespoon of ground licorice root to one
cup milk with a quarter teaspoon saffron.
Apply to bald patches at bedtime and leave it on
overnight.
Wash your hair in the morning.
Follow this remedy once or twice a week.
6. Aloe vera
Apply aloe vera gel or juice onto the scalp.
Leave it on for a few hours and then wash it off
with lukewarm water.
Repeat the process three to four times a week.
7. Onion Juice
Grate one onion then strain the juice.
Apply the juice directly onto the scalp.
Wash it off after 30 minutes, then shampoo your
hair.
8. Fenugreek
Soak one cup of fenugreek seeds in water
overnight then grind to a paste.
Apply the paste to hair and cover with a shower
cap for 40 minutes, then rinse your hair.
9. Indian gooseberry
Mix one tablespoon of Indian gooseberry and
lemon juice.
Massage into scalp & cover with shower cap.
Leave it on overnight and shampoo your hair in
the morning.
10. Oil Massage
Massage oils (coconut, almond, olive, castor,
amla or flaxseed) onto your hair and scalp by
applying light pressure with your fingertips.
Do this at least once a week.
