 Divide into two groups – those with Extraversion preferences and those with Introversion preferences.  What are some biases or myths Es and Is have about each other?  What do you want the other group to know about you?

JUDGING PERCEIVING  Work best when they can  Want flexibility in their work plan their work and work  Enjoy starting tasks and their plan leaving them open for last-  Enjoy organizing and minute changes finishing tasks  Want to include as much as possible, thus deferring  Keep the focus on what needed tasks needs to be completed,  Feel comfortable staying ignoring other things that open to experiences, not come up wanting to miss anything  Feel more comfortable once a  Postpone decisions because decision has been made of a search for options  Decide quickly in their  Adapt to changing situations desire for closure and feel restricted with too much structure  Seek structure and schedules  Use lists to remind them of  Use lists to prompt action on possible things to do when specific tasks time allows

 How might Es and Is differ in a brainstorming meeting?  What might you want to include in a presentation when attempting to engage an S? An N?  What would persuade an F to follow your lead? A T?  How can Js and Ps plan and deliver a program together with minimal friction?
