DENR SPECIAL ORDER
NO. 2009 - 827
SUBjECT: CREATION OF A TRANSFER COMMIITEE FOR THE IMPLEMENTATION OF
EXECUTIVE ORDER NOS. 246 AND 682
In the interest of the service and in order to ensure smooth implementation of
Executive Order Nos. 246 and 682, a Tranhfay Committee is hereby created t o be composed
of the fallowing:

Regional Executive Director, DENR ion 4 A - Member
Regional Executive Director, DENlZ Region 4 B - Member
DENREU National President - Member
DENREU Representative, DBNR Region 4A - Member
DENREU Representative, DENR Region 4 B - Member
I Representative, DENREU National Board - Member
The committee shall perform the following functions:
1. Conduct meetings, deliberations and consultations with concerned ernplayees
and stakeholders;
2. Conduct research and site inspections oTproposed regional centers;
3. Formulate and recommend policy measures relative to the implementation of
the above-mentioned Executive Orders;
,4. Submit updates to the Secretary from time to time; and
5. Perform other related functions
All plans and actions of DENR Regions 4A [CALABARZON) and 4B (MIMAROPA)
relative to the bansfer of the regional ofices to Calamba and Calapan shall be coursed
through the Transfer Committee for information and approval.
The DENREU Central Office Board of Directors and the Administrative Officers of
DENR Regions 4A (CALABARZON) and 4B (MIMAROPA).shallserve as Secretariat
Committee.
Expenses to be incurred in the performance of the Committee's functions
charged against DENR funds, subject to the usual accounting and auditing
regulations.
This Order shall take effect immediately.
