v From my work as a pediatric resident in two advanced neonatal units
which are the NICU in Assuit University Hospital in Egypt and the NICU in
K.K.M.C.H in Saudi Arabia , I have very good experience in dealing with the
Microprem either in Labor Ward, O.R or NICU.
I master all the essential neonatal procedures including:
24 Resuscitation and endotracheal intubations.
25 Insertion of umbilical (venous and arterial) catheter and peripheral long lines.
26 Insertion of chest tubes.
27 Doing exchange transfusion
28 I master different modes of conventional ventilation support including CPAP,
CMV, SIMV, PSV and SIMV with volume guarantee.
