    • Exhibitors agree to abide by the rules governing sponsorship as described below and as practiced by the institution. Acceptance of this application by Barrow constitutes a contract and is binding. Barrow will attempt to accurately represent the sponsor based on the information contained on the application but is not responsible for errors or omissions in promotional material. Barrow Neurological Institute of St. Joseph's Hospital and Medical Center assumes no responsibility for damage to the exhibitor's equipment or injury to personnel. Rules for Exhibitors: 1. Payment and refunds: Applications must be submitted by June 1, 2007 along with full payment. Incomplete applications or those received without proper payment will not be processed, nor will space assignment be made. No refunds will be made after August 1, 2007. 2. Space assignment: Barrow management will, when possible, make location an assignment based on the preferences on the application, but reserves the right to make final determinations of location in the best interests of the conference. 3. Use of space: Exhibitors may not sublet space to another business or entity unless written approval has been obtained from Barrow management. Exhibitors may not display or advertise names of other non-exhibiting firms or entities. Exhibitors may only show products or services manufactured or dealt by them during the normal course of business. 4. Authorized Representative: Each exhibitor must designate a representative responsible for installation, operation and removal of the company's exhibit. The representative may enter into service contracts, assumes the responsibility for attendance throughout the conference, and keeps the exhibit space clean and safe. 5. Installation and Removal: Installation must be fully complete at least one hour prior to the opening time of the conference. Space not claimed and occupied by the company by the opening time of the conference will be resold or assigned without refund. Exhibitors will not be permitted to dismantle any part of their exhibit prior to the closing of the conference. All display material must be removed from the exhibit within two hours of the close of the conference. 6. No unusual booth construction will be allowed to due to strict space restrictions. 7. Public Policy: Exhibitors must comply with all local, state and federal laws regarding health and public safety while participating in the conference. 8. Storage: Exhibitors may not store packing crates and boxes in their booths during the conference. When properly marked, they may be stored and returned to the booth by service contractors. Due to limited storage space, it may be necessary to store crates and boxes outside the building. Materials unclaimed by exhibitors will be disposed of. Cost for removal or movement of exhibit materials which cannot be handled by a hand truck will be billed to the exhibitor.
    • 9. Liability and Insurance: All property of the exhibitor remains under his custody in transit to and from the exhibit and in the exhibit area. Neither Barrow nor its service contractors are responsible for the safety of the exhibits resulting from theft, fire or damage from other causes. It is the exhibitor's responsibility to obtain adequate insurance coverage at their own expense for any property damage or personal injury. 10. Operation: No retail sales are permitted within the exhibit area, without the express written authorization of Barrow management. Promotional activities such as drawings or contests must be approved at least 30 days prior to the start of the conference. All demonstrations must be confined to the limits of the purchased exhibit space. No live or dead animals are permitted in the exhibit space. Use of audiovisual support equipment must be adjusted so as not to disturb the adjacent exhibitors. 11. Indemnification: The exhibitor agrees to indemnify and hold Barrow Neurological Institute of St. Joseph's Hospital and Medical Center, its agents, employees and officers harmless of, from and against all claims, demands, actions, damage, loss, costs, liabilities, expenses and judgments on account of injury or damage to persons or property to the extent that any such damage or injury arose out of, or was caused by negligence or misconduct on the part of the exhibitor or any of its agents. 12. Refunds: Sponsorship fees for exhibit space ONLY will be refunded in full if request for cancellation is received in writing at least 60 days before the start of the conference. Refund requests after that date cannot be honored. 13. Shipment out of Barrow: It is the responsibility of the sponsor to coordinate the pick-up of any materials following the close of the show. Barrow Neurological Institute is not responsible of the return of materials back to the sponsor.
