Looking back at your preliminary task, what

  1. 1. Looking back at your preliminary task, what do you feel you have learnt in the progression from it to the full product Demi-Leigh Chamberlain
  2. 2. Do’s and Don’t’s Plan before production  Waste time Plan time effectively  Over ride deadlines Meet Deadlines  (you get stressed!) Closely analyse mise en  Not plan scene  Be scared of software Meet Conventions
  3. 3. Preliminary and Final Production Mast Head – Is shown here to not follow the conventions of magazine as it is normally placed more to the left hand side rather than a banner running across – more life a skyline. Central Image – Both images are central to the magazine and provide eye line contact however there is a lot of white space on my preliminary task and this is not a convention of a magazine which is adapted in my final piece. Splash – The splash on the preliminary looks childish and therefore features the education however it could’ve been made to look more professional and the text could also of been chosen at a better font.
