  • How do we know there’s real savings & efficiency to be had? Because we’ve done it… Dell has implemented one of the largest MS UC deployments worldwide, in our own environment. With a largely remote & global workforce, we benefitted immediately in cost savings & worker productivity.We use a Lync solution within Dell with over 100,000 employees using Lync for IM and conferencing. We are adopting enterprise voice & soft-phones in a slower region by region implementation (the last bullet point).Many best practices were developed via our own implementation, and that has translated to our customers in how we design & deploy solutions.
