RIVM – Risico’s van IVth Gamma (2008) “De kans dat voorverpakte gemengde salades uit Nederlandse supermarkten de bacterie Campylobacter, Salmonella, E. coli O157 of Listeria monocytogenes bevatten is gering (minder dan 0,26 procent).Geschat is dat per jaar circa 22 mensen ziek worden door Campylobacter na het eten van deze producten.
