However LinkedIn groups are not like Facebook groups. Instead of ‘We Love Dogs’, you’re more likely to come across something niche and professional, like ‘LESS.’ Trust this helps you :)

Thorn India’s mission is to provide products and services which make it easier for customers to specify, install and maintain good quality, energy efficient lighting.

Mr. Bhaskar Pai, CEO & MD Thorn Lighting had a very clear vision in terms of what they wanted to achieve, few core things were as given below.. 1.  Position Thorn Lighting as thought Leaders in lighting industry. 2.  Create a space on social media and connect with Influencers & decision makers for influencing purchase decisions. 3.  Create a community of like minded professionals who will be keen on discussion of subject related to lighting and are ready to share their knowledge.
    • Client  |Challenge igh/ng  India   The  Thorn  L Performance Matters! There were few clear challenges we were given by Thorn Team and Mr. Pai.. 1.  Mr. Pai and his team wasn’t very sure if Facebook or Twitter will be helpful for B2B activity. 2.  His team at Thorn Lightings had very little understanding of B2B platforms like LinkedIn etc. 3.  Client was not sure on how to connect with targeted group of people on LinkedIn. 4.  They were not sure if connecting with such a specific and niche group was anyway possible or if they even existed.
    • The Strategy | Solution Performance Matters! We took straight approach which could solve all the challenges we had in our way to make social media activity for our client successful.... 1.  We decided not to go for Facebook or Twitter, rather we stick to LinkedIn as a sole platform to focus all our activities. 2.  We imparted all the necessary knowledge to the client and his team in order to get best of the support possible to make our plan successful. 3.  We created and managed company profile & LinkedIn group (named as LESS) to get organic connection we used profile of Mr. Bhaskar Pai. 4.  We targeted to connect with specific LinkedIn profiles of influencers & decision makers who would be in charge of energy saving solutions or lighting as a subject in their respective organizations.
