Solution:   Emphasize on homepage that items are from thrift stores  Add a tagline that mentions thrift stores More photos...

Solution: Add help icon by points When logged in, show point balance More explanatory text
#3 - Nearly all users wanted to search for an item rather than browse
 
Solution: Add a search box!
#4 - Users wanted ways to filter by product category for long lists of items
 
Solution: Add filters both for product category and for stores.
Mobile Interface Findings
#1 - Price is important both for requestors as well as those sharing their finds
 
Solution: Add a separate field for the price on both the “Share a find” and “Answer a request” screens
