    WHY YOU SELL REAL ESTATE! What do you LOVE about what you do? WHY ARE YOU SO PASSIONATE ABOUT IT?

    When and if appropriate, use key moments to “self-promote” and impart any new ideas you may have in a way that will not be construed as bragging or credit hogging way.
    Better yet, ask your guest to help pepper your fabulousness in – when APPROPRIATE and AUTHENTIC.
