    • Where do they live? The water temperature is near freezing , and there is no light at all. It is in this zone that most of the visible light exists. The only visible light is produced by the creatures themselves.

      • 1. Deep-sea fish all have a light to lure their prey or mate.
      • 2. They have fewer bones. They swim slower .
      • 3. They all have large mouths and a special digest system .
      • 4. Due to the lack of light, their colors tend to be black or red .
